your brake rotors are warped. You should repalce you brake pads and have the rotors resurfaced if possible, or replaced.
This is probably due to worn brake rotors on the brakes, if there is no vibration when driving then this will be the cause.
first of all, the pads may be semi-metallic and have chunks of metal in them which may cause the squeal, change to a less metallic pad may help, also the backing of the pads should have an anti-squeal gel applied to them, when you apply the brakes, the pads will hyper vibrate and can cause a squeal. The gel will stop the vibrating. first of all, the pads may be semi-metallic and have chunks of metal in them which may cause the squeal, change to a less metallic pad may help, also the backing of the pads should have an anti-squeal gel applied to them, when you apply the brakes, the pads will hyper vibrate and can cause a squeal. The most likely cause is a warped rotor. It can also be other things so have you brakes and suspension inspected.
Were the rotors resurfaced or replaced, or just the pads? Warped rotors are the most common cause of vibration when braking
Possibly bad wheel bearing.
it could be a bad wheel bearing.
a metal clip that holds brake pads securely in the caliper so they do not vibrate and cause brakes to squeak
Check with a tire store and see if you need an alignment.
Possibly a broken motor mount. If it runs good otherwise one cause can be a vacuum leak. The check engine light should be on if it is a vacuum leak.
Front wheel shudder could come from worn tires, bad brakes, or worn front end components. Check all of these to find the cause of the shudder.
What problems will a bad speed sensor cause on a 1999 Nissan Maxima
Most common cause of that is the rotors are out of round are warped. REPLACE ROTORS.
