Tension, dehydration?
There are many different types of headaches, and finding the cause is the most important step toward proper treatment. What you are describing is probably a hormonally triggered headache, but it could be something more serious. Seek the help of a physician, especially a headache specialist who is specially trained in diagnosing and treating headache disorders.
A brain tumor
I would suggest a headache pill would be a good start.

Yes, cervicogenic headache is caused by a problem in the cervical spine. For a diagnosis, a doctor needs to be consulted. Preferably a headache specialist who is best able to diagnose, treat and manage headache disorders.
Mine? No. Yours? It's possible. If you lie in such a way that the breeze from the fan dries out your sinuses during the night it could. If your ceiling fan is noisy and running all night it could cause a headache. If there are poorly sheilded eletrical wiring in your ceiling fan and you are sensitive to electro magnetic fields that could cause a headache. If your ceiling fan is hung too low and you bang your head on it in the morning then that would probably cause a good headache. If the ceiling fan falls from the ceiling onto your head that will almost certainly cause a headache and/or concussion or serious injury or death.
I have the same problem and I was told, by the dealer, that the fuel pump module isn't holding the correct pressure after a "warm soak" and needs to be replaced to the tune of $1,000.
No. Inhaling bleach would cause damage to the nose, throat, trachea and lungs. See Related Links.
Probably not, although it could lead to other problems which would cause your car not to start.
A temporary headache could be caused by straining your eyes for too long. Taking a break from staring at the computer or television frequently will help to prevent these headaches.
Seeing zig zag colored lines is a sign that someone might be about to have a migraine headache. A migraine is an intense headache usually accompanied by more severe symptoms.
My guess would be dehydration and/or overheating.
