A weak tensiometer for the suppertime belt, or an worn - over stretched belt. Change belt or tentiometer.

take 15 mm wrench and pull the belt tensioner toward the left it will loose the belt.TO install start to put the belt on from the crank and make ou way up.
It is usually caused by either a bad tire, or loose steering components.
Loose ball joints will cause excessive tire wear, and if they come apart the wheel assembly could come loose. This would cause a complete loss of steering control.
Loose wire? I recommend asking this question specifying if you have manual or automagic transmission.
If loose they will need replaced.
