Wheel/hub bearing assembly about to depart from your vehicle or your brake pads have worn down to zip.
possibly a power steering cooler.
It's broken!
It's under the dashboard very near the front (closest to the driver), on the left-hand side of the steering wheel. You'll have to remove the plastic paneling, it'll be a metal round thing.. probably with two prong...
All power steering systems use a pump on the front of the engine driven by a belt. This pump will have metal lines coming from it that connect to the steering box, or power rack that is near the steering column that comes out of the cabin.
Disconnect battery Remove bolts holding air bag assembly to steering wheel (from side of steering wheel you don't see when sitting in driver seat) Remove air bag and disconnect electric connector
Probably your brake pad came off.
Possible its time to change those brake pads out. The whining noise is possibly the metal grinding to your rotor, which would cause your wheel to shake. Consider getting those rotors turned as well.
If the brake pads are not worn out check the backing plate. It is the thin metal plate behind the brake rotor, sometimes it will get bent and rub on the brake rotor.
driver side far left front underneath that metal crossbar. its a pain to get at, but should be very easily visible.
Sounds like the shock bushings are worn out are loose.
This would be a front wheel bearing This comes as an assembly /front wheel bearing hub assembly Get this taken care of ASAP before the bearing fails
front driver side of the motor it is a real pain to get too its mounted in between two metal bars
