most likely a bearing has gone out
This sound is cause when the strut top are worn out the need to be replaced can cause coil springs to break. They are pretty expessive 183.00 a side.
Either you tire is rubbing or if its a front wheel drive it could be you "CV" axle's... Other than that i don't know i hope that helps?

Check the see if the tires are rubbing up against the wheel wells
you may have the wrong sized tire on . ie.. to large or one size to large in height causing the tire to rub the wheel well. check with the dealer to see what size it should be.
