If you performed this task with the computer running (power on), you may have shorted out the sound card. Always, when installing or removing any electrical/sound connection from the back of a PC, turn it off first.

Try switching out the relay for the fuel pump. the pump seems ok but its not getting voltage while plugged in. If its not the relay it might be the fuel pump fuse. It could be something else in the circuit

My computer is always making staticy noises and I mean with sound. Even with headphones in the speaker jack. It changes according to what the computer is doing like erasing text. Any solutions?

Sounds like perhaps the speakers are not plugged in securely. If you check this and it is plugged in all the way, move the cord around near each end and if it makes noises in sync with your movement with the cord, it's a bad cord. If that doesn't do anything, move the cord around in different spots from one end of the cord to the other, if it makes noise as you do it, it's the cord. If that doesn't do anything, hold the end of the plug, the end that plugs into your computer and try moving it around. When you do this, you will not be able to move anything physically but all you are trying to do is move the port that the plug is plugged into just enough to cause it to make the noise. If it doesn't make any noise. . .I don't know what the problem is! It sounds like the cord though. Whatever the problem is. . .it is'NT the computer! It's the speakers! Maybe even the speakers themselves! I wish you the best!

Ok i accidentally un-plugged the the plug for the speaker that goes into the CPU i found out and plugged it bak in ever since i did that funny sounds have came out of my speakers ne suggestions?

It may be plugged into the wrong speaker port, try another. If they are standard 2.5mm or 3.5mm jacks, make sure they aren't bent and that the computer's volume is set right, that the soundcard is seated correctly in the computer, and try rebooting. If none of these work, or you are using TOSLINK, then you may want to contact someone for professional troubleshooting as this may be a hardware problem, or taking advice over the internet and messing with it could cause irreperable damage to your system.

Having plugged ears should not cause any of these problems. If you are having these problems, it is most likely the cause of your plugged ears and you should advice from a physician.

There are several possibilities but I'd start with the power supply. Test it before you replace it.
