cracked head or bad gasket
Internal engine antifreeze leak what else could cause besides headgasket? there is no antifreeze in the oil it is clean

If it is motor oil in the anti freeze, then it is either a cracked head, cracked engine block, or a head gasket blown. If it is transmission fluid in your antifreeze, then the radiator is leaking from the transmission cooler ----- although usually that would cause antifreeze to be in your transmission fluid.
It could be that your head gasket is shot. It may cause your antifreeze to leak, and your engine will overheat.
Most likely a failed head gasket or a cracked or warped head. Less likely but possible is a crack in the block.

If you smell antifreeze, there must be a leak somewhere. Have the cooling system pressure tested.
Your engine has dozens of seals. "The" engine seal tells me nothing. I'm thinking you may have a bad head gasket, but if you were more specific, I could try to help out more.

If it comes from the side of the motor and not from another source such a a leaing hose, then it is almost deffinatly a leaking head gasket. not a cheap or easy fix.
