Could be 1 -misalignment, 2 - faulty wheel bearing, -3 -slack lower ball joint, 4 - loose control arm.
Possible worn out brakes
Possible failed U joint or cv joint at the left front wheel
your spine could be out of line. it would cause your ribs to pull and feal like its in your sternim as well as your back.
Wheel bearing?
Could be, loose lug nuts on front left wheel, a damaged left front brake rotor, a bad left front hub/bearing assembly, a worn/damaged CV axle joint,
The break pad.
Possible broken a-arm, or bent wheel.
About the only thing that will cause the wheel to bounce on any car is the strut being bad.
Your front, left or right axle needs to be replaced.
Check the bearings.
Check the wheel bearing.
Most likely you need a new strut
