Need to look at the throttle plate and see if it's dirty, if so clean both sides until
it's shiney and clean.
There's a chance the torque converter is not unlocking. But that is rare.

i know that sometimes when a fuel pump doesnt work its not the pump, but rather the fuel pump relay try checking that
