You need to have the ABS system scanned with a computer to determine the reason for the light staying "on"
check brake fluid level.
because one or more of your sensors are not reporting to the main computer.
It was my alternator, needed rebuild.
Warning lights come on when there is a problem. An Engine management light comes on when there is a problem within the engine, that may cause problems later.
The alternator is failing.
the warning lights comes on indicating that the timing belt needs to be changed. even once the timing belt is changed, the warning light will stay on until is it reset.
A malfunctioning sensor can cause the service engine light to stay on. A glitch in the computer can also cause the light to stay on.
If it is the low coolant light, it may mean your coolant is low. If it is not low, it may be the low coolant light sensor malfunctioning.
Could be low on brake fluid. This is a sign that the brakes need attention.
Have you checked your brake fluid?
Oxygen Sensor may be bad.
