There are many things that can cause this but first check to make sure that the system has freon, if not then you will have a leak (most common places are the evaporator and compressor). If you do have freon then check the electrical system out for the a/c system starting with the pressure switches.........
could be horn relay in underhood fuse box. or bad horn..
Most likely the VSS. Vehicle Speed Sensor. It is mounted on the side of the transmission.

Did you check the fuses?
If the speedometer and the odometer are not working, I would suspect the VSS (vehicle speed sensor). If only the speedometer is not working I would suspect the instrument cluster has problems.
