My 1998 Deville Concours had a blown blower motor for the heater/ac unit. I had to replace it because it stopped working likely due to age (replaced in 2008) and it was filthy when I took it out. Hard to do this by yourself but it can be done if you remove the obvious things in your way underneath the hood. Good luck! The blower motor fans cost around $130 ish.
faulty blower module. Under hood not far from blower motor
no it is not you replace the whole unit
You have a problem with the air ride suspension. Sounds like a bad compressor or a leak.

Nothing!
The model name is correctly spelled: Cadillac de Ville (formerly Coupe de Ville). It is often seen, however, even in official dealer records as deVille or DeVille.

Could be, heater blower motor has failed. blower motor fuse is burned out. blower motor speed resistor is burned out. blower motor switch is bad. or, if the blower motor works but you have no heat it could be, cooling system is low on coolant. thermostat is stuck open. heater core is plugged. temp blend door actuator is faulty.
