Usually at times, after an execution, the corpses would be taken to a furnace; where the Nazis would burning the corpses into ash. Nazi Germany wanted to keep their execution of the Jews a secret and by burning the bodies of the deceased, no such evidence would be found. They would also take the corpses into 10 feet deep holes (Maybe even more or less) and bury them, leaving no trace of any kind extermination.
In short after the execution the bodies would either be burned or buried.

That would the eleventh hour, as in the last hour before midnight, the beginning of a new day. Not certain the etymology of the term, but i suspect it has something to do with the final hours before an execution. Executions with the electric chair and gas chamber were traditionally performed at midnight, therefore the last hour before an execution would be the final hour or the eleventh hour.
