A prudent person would ask a doctor or pharmacist this question rather than posting it on a web site where you have no way of judging the credentials (or motives) of the person supplying you with the answer.
That said, I personally have an immense suspicion of paracetamol in general (the dose required to be effective is uncomfortably close to the dose at which it starts causing liver damage) and wouldn't take it with ANYTHING where it did not come from the manufacturer already compounded that way or upon the direct advice of a physician.
Cetirazine is an allergy medication and paracetamol is a pain medication and fever reducer. They are safe to take together.
Nothing will happen
Can I take Paracetamol with nefopam 30mg tablets
can you take paracetamol with memantina
Yes you can if you are not allergic to it
Yes, as there is no study that suggests such interaction can happen
The active ingredient in paracetamol becomes toxic as it ages, I would suggest not taking the risk.
There are no interactions between any antibiotics that I can think of and cetirizine however there are many types of antibiotics out there so something specific would give a better certainty to any answer you'll receive.
