She and she alone would be the one allowed to decide what would happen; give birth or abortion. If she chose to give birth she can choose between keeping the baby or adoption. The father would also have a say in adoption and he can keep the baby if she doesn't want to. Their parents is not allowed to decide and in some states they are also not allowed to coerse her into something. If she chose abortion she will most likely need parental consent or she could get a waiver from court of they say no. It's illegal to force anyone to give birth or to abort. If she keeps it she will remain with her parents most likely. Pregnancy or childbirth does not emancipate you. You get more rights regarding your child but nothing else. After birth, decisons regarding the child is the mothers and the fathers, even if they are minors.
