This is a very funny question and quite thoughtful. A gorilla probably would not fight with the giraffe and the giraffe would not even be afraid of a gorilla. Giraffe's have no natural enemies and neither do gorillas. I would like to see a matchup between a polar bear and a grizzly bear - now that could be a war.
Probably the giraffe, as a giraffe's means of defense are by swiping with the head and neck, and those front hooves would probably do a bit of damage as well. A giraffe would even kick, and a kick to the chops can probably knock the bear out, if not kill it.

I would think the giraffe would win. Even though the rhino is powerful, it is not very fast. For a lion, getting kicked by a full grown giraffe is usually fatal, and despite the rhino's protective coating, the giraffe would see it, and be ready for attack.
If a gorilla ate a bomb, assuming it swallowed a whole, lit bomb, the gorilla would explode, causing a large mess
