If you leave a bowl of water outside on a hot summer day, it will evaporate. Then you would just have an empty bowl. During evaporation, the water "goes into" the air. When it rains and the weather is warm, the water that evaporates into the air can create humidity.
Dry ice is simply solid Carbon Dioxide (CO2) and would turn back into a gas at a high enough temperature like on a hot summer day.
