Then, everyone would die and perish. Mankind would cease to exist.

This question all depends on your point of view. If you have a religion like Christianity, Judaism or Islam then you believe in one Divine Being and believe that he is invincible, therefore he cannot be killed. If you have a religion like Hinduism or Jainism then you believe in many gods but again, being gods, they are invincible and immortal and cannot be killed. If you are atheist or Buddhist then you believe in no god and therefore a god cannot be killed if he/she does not exist. Long story short, you cannot kill God so nothing would happen because it is physically impossible. In some religions gods have killed gods but mortals cannot kill gods so nothing would happen if you killed god because it wouldn't happen.
What does it mean to dream of the devil always asking you to choose him or god and always choosing god and then the devil killed you?
It means you must have been subconsciously thinking about such topics. I would like to add that being killed is definitely not the worst thing that can happen to you.

Yes. Cronus killed his father Ouranos, and Zeus killed Cronus. It didn't happen very often though, and usually requried Gaia's help.

Actually, the angel does not say anything will happen to Mary "if she is willing to help God's plan". Read Luke 1:26-38. A prophet named Simeon, however, did tell her that she would later have "a sword pierce even (her) own soul", i.e. she would experience great pain because her son (Jesus) would be killed.
