If this were to happen, then it would ruin the whole food web in that area because small animals and rodents are dependent on plants for food. If they don't get their food, then they starve to death. If they die, then their predators starve as well and so forth and so on...
Everything else dies because plants are producers and the source of food for all organisms. Plants are eaten by herbivores and omnivores, which are then eaten by carnivores or other omnivores. This means that if there are no plants, the rest of the ecosystem dies out.
grass is the most basic food for most animals. So the food web would change. instead of eating grass it will have to eat something else. On top of that, chances are the survival rate will drop
The animals that eat plants would die and because they die so would the meat eaters. No animal would have food and the oxygen in the air would deplete because the plants create oxygen. The planet would get hotter so all plants, animals and humans would die.
The would move into human habitats
since the grass is the crickets food the population of crickets would decrease if all the grass was removed
Herbivores would be forced to range wider.
Then there would be less grass and food available for other deer and herbivores.
If you would remove a crocodile from a food web then species would die out as they are not getting the certain source of food however; there could be an increase of certain types of species as they will no longer have that predator in the food chain. So the prey will survive.
there would be a lot of herbivores and eventually all the herbivores would have eaten most of the grass and some would start dying
grass/plant -> snail -> bird -> fox
The same thing that would happen to humans if we had no food.
If an animal were to be removed from a food chain, the entire ecosystem could easily fall apart or futhermore be destroyed. Say that a herbivore such as a mouse that feeds on grass was too be removed. And that the mouse would be eaten by a snake..the snake population would decrease from starvation and the grass would increase.
If a species of plant or animal in the food web was completely removed, there will probably be another to take it's place. Say that grass is removed from the food web. What eats grass? When a cow goes to eat grass, there is none. The cow would not die right away, but eventually it would. Who eats cows? People do. Large animals do.The mountain lions wouldn't be able to eat. They would die. You have grass. The grasshopper eats the grass. The fish eats the grasshopper. The bird eats the fish. The snake eats the bird. The bear eats the snake. We eat the bear. If you remove one place, than the next one just gets jacked up. Hope my point of veiw helped!
what would happen if your digestive system did not digest your food.
They remove carbon dioxide and replace it with oxygen.
it would miy
