I have been on Lexapro for about three months now and have been feeling great. However, the other night at my boyfriend's apartment, I took X and shrooms and while I felt great the whole night, I started to feel like crap by the end of it. It was my fault really. I didn't hydrate enough and I hadn't eaten anything so by the time morning came I was dehydrated, hungry and weak. Everytime I stood up I would blackout. I passed out twice on the floor. My boyfriend made me drink a Dr. Pepper while he got me some food and the sugar helped. Just make sure you don't miss your Lexapro dose and don't overdo it on the drugs. AND remember to hydrate and take care of yourself!

I wouldn't say it gets you loaded...it will affect everyone differently. For me personally, it made me hallucinate when I took it...but no one I knew that was on it had that happen to them.

If you haven't taken it before than your just going to have a slightly upset stomach for a little while followed a more sedated but not extremely euphoric feeling, also you may feel drowsy

I did and ended it with having my gallbladder removed and weaning off Lexapro in one week. My first problems with my gallbladder arose a couple of months into taking Lexapro for the first time years before. I stopped and then I had a pregnancy and about 5 year with no lexapro. When I had a traumatic family sitiuation I tried Lexapro again and again a couple of months into it I started to have gallbladder attacks. I took one lexapro after my surgery and it made me so sick I have vowed to never touch it again. It sucked because it really did great for my anxiety.
Should you take less Concerta if you start taking lexapro?
i would not advise taking any concerta while taking lexapro. I am currently taking lexapro and have taken concerta about 7 times. Each time i took concerta i would hear many scary voices in my head. i looked up the psycotic effects of concerta and they said that a side effect of concerta is hearing voices if you are on an antidepressant
