I don't think anything will happen to the bones accept it might stain them a light brown. The best answer you could possibly get would be to try it out.

Sometimes if screws are loose, then they could vibrate when you play, blow on the flute. If the tuning cap isn't screwed on all the way, then that can vibrate when playing.
I don't think its possible to run out of calcium, but if you did you would probably have really fragile bones, or you could possibly die.
