If a person's muscles stop working, that person would be totally immobilized. Yes, falling down would definitely happen; but when you hit the ground, you would not be able to do a darn thing about it.
I'm no professional but i believe if it were to shut down we would be pretty much like jello like lets say your arms muscles didn't work they wouldn't get any workout and then you would lose it and it wouldn't be able to move the bone
The "muscular system" includes the heart, which is made up of a subtype of involuntary muscle (i.e., cardiac).
So simply stated, if a heart fails, a body's other systems - most specifically the brain - would quickly starve of oxygen, lose consciousness and die soon after.
So, if the muscular system failed, consciousness would immediately begin to fade, with the total loss of consciousness dependent upon a number of factors, e.g., species an general physical condition. Brain death would follow shortly after that. Furthermore, every other system in the body would soon starve of oxygen and fail.
The ONLY way a body could remain alive without a functioning muscular system would be by the use of a "heart-lung" machine.
You would sufficate and die within about ten minutes unless you were hooked up to a breathing machine.
you would be paralyzed
What would happen if the nervous system was not functioning properly? How would this affect the muscular system?
youwill die.
If the digestive system broke down, the muscular system would no longer receive nutrients. It would start to break down as well. The body would weaken, and tasks would become more difficult.
this sounds like a homework question put....: the human muscular system is important because without it we would not be able to control our skeletonal structure and therefore without it we wouldn't be able to move.
They wouldn't be people if they didn't have their "human system".
We would be immobile. And we would die.
it would not provide stability, produce motion, or generate heat
Without the muscular system- cardiac muscles, smooth muscles and skeletal muscles- we would be unable to move! And as the hear is a muscle (cardiac muscle) no blood would pump around out body. We also need the muscular system to absorb heat and shock, to breathe and to digest food. Also, the muscular system enables our organs to function. Without the muscular system, we would be a bag of bones, about as useful as the skeletons you find sitting at the back of a science classroom!
laboratory testing of the muscular system would include
Then the human body wouldn't exist. XD
Muscular system.
The end result would be death.
