Only due to the salt in conjunction with your other daily salt intake!
Aqua Seltzer doesn't contain salt.
It can. Alka Selzer contains sodium bicarbonate, which would add salt to your diet. In most hypertensive (high blood pressure) patients, you want to limit your salt intake. Thus, I would not recommend taking this medication unless you talked to your doctor. If you are having indigestion, there are other medications you can take that will not effect your blood pressure. Talk with a pharmacist or your doctor.
The strong acid might not contain carbon, oxygen or hydrogen.
The short answer would be none - alka-setlzer fizzes releasing carbon dioxide but that would insufficient due to the lack of pressure.

Assuming the solvent you are using is water, the reason why alka seltzer releases gas is because it is porous and will release CO2 as it reacts. Salt only dissolves in water, and it does not create gas.
we will use salt
