you will probably die or you could have poisoning from the sharpie and you'd have to be rushed to the hospital. Unless it is non-toxic (which most sharpies are) then chances are you will be fine,

infact i had a friend who consumed pencil lead regularly...hes turned out ok...a bit dim tho come to think of it...or perhaps that was him given what he used to do...
It depends if it was graphite or lead. Lead is very, very poisonous. Graphite cannot kill you, but it can make you sick.

I have a small bit of Sharpie on my lip but I just realized that I'm probs ok because I've had the same exact Sharpe on me a lot of times and I'm not read so it's probs non tox so I think I'm ok
