This has happened to me. First you scream for your partner to unplug it. The pressure abates slightly, but not enough to untangle the twisted mess that is your fingers. Then you beg and cry until he finds the release button for the beaters. Once the beaters drop from the machine, your fingers will come easily from the beaters. I was lucky, a spoon took the brunt of the pressure and I was left with only a mess of bruises and dents on my fingers. But, I believe that the beater will simply pull your fingers out of socket, rather than break them. I'm going from experience... I'm certainly not a professional at getting my fingers stuck in electric beaters. And I do not recommend testing my theory. A word of advice, keep your spoon away from the beaters. Don't kid yourself, it will be pulled in my the beaters and your fingers along with it.
