Then you download it to your PS3 harddrive. The PS store keeps a record of your downloads and you can download it again if you need to. After the game has been downloaded to you PS3 you need to install it and it will then be updated in most cases because the game you purchase may not have all the current updates. hen the game will remain under your games until you delete it. While you can not sell the game like you can a game with a Disc you also do not have to store all the game discs.
