it would likely cause some short term problems including but not limited to rough idle, not starting, and clogging fuel filter, since automatic Transmission Fluid (atf) doesnt burn like gas it would probably not damage anything more than maybe the fuel pump but its likely the vehicle wouldn't run or would run so poorly you would not be safe on the road
