Nothing, I have been taking Topamax that is is 6 months expired. Nothing happens. I would like to know if it become less effective. But I have not been able to get this answer from anybody.
The medication seems to be working just fine for my seizures.
When I stopped taking my medication about 10 months ago, I had a series of grand mal seizures.
But for me no medication has been able to stop my seizures.
I have had them for about 8 years now.
