Seeing as Sora is a very forgiving and friendly person, if he were to remember her and everything she was forced to do to him, he would still be her friend, as proven in Chain of Memories after he learned she gave him fake memories of her. There would probably be nothing more between the two, seeing as she made herself Kairi's replacement (explaining Sora's attachment to her in his memories), so Kairi is truly Sora's special one.

First starters (and this would PROBABLY happen in a lot of relationships rather than a few) he/she with the other person would be shy probably at first (while some others could simply get right into it and move on their relationship) and take a few weeks or sometimes months to warm-up to each other. It would move from that to moving onto the next stage which would consist of trust, knowing each other on a personal level that wouldn't be said in a friendship most of the times. A lot could happen and there are endless possibilities, this is only a little of what could happen.
