Best Answer

They would quickly die of asphyxiation due to the lack of air and the astronauts blood would boil because there is very little pressure in space so this would lower the boiling point of your blood causing it to boil quicker at a lower temperature this would also contribute to killing the astronaut.

Is mars safe for humans?

Not without spacesuits, just like the moon. If a person were to walk around Mars, they would freeze to death and die from lack of oxygen. With a spacesuit, an astronaut could walk around on Mars, just like they could walk around the surface of the moon wearing a spacesuit.
