The same thing that happens every night when the sun disappears...nothing! Gravity on Earth is not dependent on the Sun.
But life on Earth is, gravity would be the least of Earth's problems if the Sun dissapeared
If th sun's gravity were to disappear, Earth would go off in a straight line into interstellar space.
People will learn to adapt to the gravity creating a race of stronger human beings.
If sun's gravity suddenly disappears then the planets will stop to revolve around the sun after some time and this duration is equal to the time taken by the light to reach from sun to other planets. For e.g. Time taken by earth to stop revolving and flying off in any direction = Time taken by light to earth from sun = 8 min. 20 seconds Also, planets will start to fly in any direction and they may collapse and in simple words: Solar system will collapse and life will disappear on earth.
In that case, the Moon would move in a straight line instead of moving around the Earth; it would quickly get away.
The earth's water would evaporate.
If th sun's gravity were to disappear, Earth would go off in a straight line into interstellar space.
we can fly
People will learn to adapt to the gravity creating a race of stronger human beings.
Yes, but we would die first because gravity holds down air (oxygen and nitrogen and other stuff) and if the gravity leaves, then there's no air to breathe. No need to worry. Gravity isn't going anywhere any time soon.
well thats easy, it would fly away from the sun in a straight line.
There's no known reason why anything should happen to Earth's gravity, and nothing is expected to.
-.- obviously (not to be mean) becuz of gravity

then slowly the food chain will start to crumble and we will go don like the dinosaurs! then we will all turn into cannibals or die then eventually everyone will die

The farther it is from Earth, the less gravity will there be. Gravity will never completely disappear.
It will never happen because the earth's gravity is caused by it's mass and it's density.
