What would kill a dog that had a nose bleed and bleeding from rear?

Sounds like serious trauma.
Did the dog get run over by a car ? Or crushed by something ?
If there are no outward signs of trauma as a result of vehicle injury this could also be warfarin (rat) poisoning. Several readily available vermin baits cause uncontrolled internal bleeding.

You don't - but a bleeding from both nostrils indicates a bleeding from the back of the nasal cavity and that is way more serious compared to an ordinary nosebleed. When you bleed out of one side of your nose is it a bleeding in front and is easily stopped (for the most part)
