Boring! ;)
life without ukulele would be dissapointing
I'm not entirely sure what you mean by 'type', but ukulele strings are pretty consistent and you can trade out different brands without problem.
There are four strings on an ukulele. So you would have four notes.
An ukulele is a musical instrument, see my profile picture!
It would be a noun normally, but could be used as an adjective. He played the ukulele. Noun He picked up some ukulele music. Adjective.
An ukulele has four strings. Each string makes a separate note when plucked without pressing a fret.
The oldest and the most famous would be the Ukulele Orchestra of Great Britain. There are others that have developed over the years including the Langley Ukulele Orchestra and the United Kingdom Ukulele Orchestra.
Not sure due to the translation issue that may be in play here: Kitsch Combo is a group that has produced some recordings. They play jazz and Latin music. I can't tell if they use an ukulele in their music or not. Ukulele ala kitschy combo - would refer to playing the ukulele in a kitschy or low class manner without any sophistication, which is usually the way the uke is played.
It would depend entirely on the composition. The biggest danger is that the trumpet is going to overwhelm the clarinet and both of them are going to over power the ukulele. You would have to amplify the ukulele, but they are all musical instruments and they can be blended. It won't be easy, but it can be done.
That would be the sopranino, the smallest ukulele that is commonly made. The fret board is less than twelve inches. It is tuned like any other ukulele, G'CEA.
If it has 8 strings, why do you think it is a ukulele? Typically an ukulele only has 4 strings. It could be doubled up, they do have 8 string ukuleles. These are typically called a banjolele. Without a lot more information, it would be difficult to value. Look for a maker's name inside the body, or on the head. A good reference would be a forum on the net that works with stringed instruments. And you could browse the TikiKing database for ukulele makers and see if one is pictured.
They could be in any type of band. Train includes an ukulele in their instruments (Hey, Soul Sister).
