It is most likely the water pump...If you change the pump also change the timing belt and the timing belt tension pully! I just changed all that in mine and now it runs at normal temps.
The concord was white for the fact that it would fly so close to the earths atmosphere the metal would stretch due to the heat, making white the only colour able to cope with the heat any other colour would of peeled and the heat would of ripped the hull of the plane to shreds

Air in system, coolant low, faulty replacement part, radiator fan inoperative, head gasket failed.
Blower motor resistor may need replacing
