Most $1 bills carrying Dillion's signature are quite common and only worth $1.50 to $5 depending on condition.
However, when Congress authorized the motto "In God We Trust" to be put on $1 bills, the then-current 1935 G series was modified in place without bumping the letter up to H. Most of that series was printed without the motto, so those 1935 G bills that do carry it are scarcer and can be worth as much as $18 in uncirculated condition.

Probably 20 dollars it might be like five dollars more valuable thought but i dont think any one would by it. You might want to google it though.
I assume you are referring to a U.S. Eisenhower dollar. If it's a circulation strike (copper-colored edge) it's worth face value only. If it's in its packaging from a mint set or proof set AND the package says "40% silver", it would be worth maybe $3.50 or $4 for its metal content.
The most valuable Australian Two Dollar note, in mint uncirculated condition, would be the 1968 (Coombs/Randall) note in the serial range FKD to FPS which might fetch up to $295 AUD.

Jackson has been on the 20-dollar bill all of my lifetime and I am getting old. The $20 dollar bill buys less than a $5 bill bought when I was a boy, but I would still say they are valuable.

However, if the bill has any significant printing errors or unique features, it may be desirable to collectors and could potentially be worth more than face value.
