on the drivers side of the engine. right above the spark plugs. it has a thin wire sticking out of it. BE READY coolant will pour out as soon as you remove it.
I would imagine it is in the oil pan

No it is throttle body fuel injection
That would be the 4L60E trans.
If the motor is the same the wiring harness should fit. Only thing I would check is the sending units. As long as both vehicles have gauges or both have warning lights all should be fine.
