If you ever run into a situation where you don't have anymore clean water to drink, there are ways to sanitize your own water for drinking like boiling it. You should find a stream or body of water around where you are, but avoid saltwater, because it will only dehydrate you more.
If it is a electric water heater, then one of the heating elements are burned out.
One reason would be that many times, when you have a cold you run a fever. And when you run a fever, you dehydrate easily. So by drinking lots of water, you stay hydrated.
they would buy food if they run out, water if they run out and they would have to buy shelter if they did not have any
Trolling motors do not need to be in the water to run. Though it is generally pointless to run one out of water for more than a test.
Every living thing on the planet would die.
you whould have dirty water and it would run out in kill u
Depends on what you mean.... I'm not sure how to run a current "threw" as in past tense of "throw" but if you'd like to run a current through water, almost nothing would happen unless there is some solute (ions) to allow the current to pass. But in such a case that you would allow current to flow through, say tap or salt water, the water would begin a process known as electrolysis: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Electrolysis and the Hydrogen and Oxygen would separate into their respective gasses (and some ozone and (i could be wrong about this last one) but Hydrogen Peroxide as well) would be created
Yes, they are slow moving on land. In the water, you would be in trouble.
It can run but if it is leaking coolant it will cause a problem soon.
Sometimes it will back up from a dishwasher (machine)
Because if you didn't have extra water, you would get dehidrated and die.
THE THING THAT CAUSES YOU TO LOSE PRESSURE AND HOT WATER IS BOTH BATHROOMS ARE CONNECTED TO THE SAME LINES. SO WHEN YOU RUN SOMETHING, THEN RUN SOMETHING ON THE OTHER SIDE, YOU LOOSE POWER THAT YOU WOULD NORMALY HAVE IF ONLY ONE BATHROOM IS ON. THERE IS NO QUICK FIX, TO FIX YOU MUST REPLACE ONE OF THOSE LINES WITH NEW ONES PROBABLY FROM THE BASEMENT. ITS ALOT OF WORK, AND COSTLY. JOE HOJAS
