dark and we'd be dead
Without the sun we would have no life forms on earth as the sun provides all the energy o the planet
No. We might somehow survive for a while, though not long. We would perish without the Sun's rays. The Sun is, essentially, the main source of all life. The cereal millions had this morning, can be traced back to the Sun; there would be no cereal without grain, and no grain without photosynthesis, and no photosynthesis without the Sun. Without the Sun there would be no heat on Earth. Therefore, the temperature on the planet would plummet to that of outer space which is near absolute zero (or −459.67° Fahrenheit) and we would freeze as would all life on the planet.
Without it, there can be no life. I would think that's important.
it would be a piece of mass....roaming in the space(universe)
It gives heat and without it an ice age would come.
No, a sun is not a planet but star.
The sun is not a planet it is a star
Without the suns pull of gravity, the Earth and any other planet would move in a straight line. It is the sun that forces the planets to move in an orbit.
None. They would all drift away into space without the sun's gravity and would be extremely cold: around 2.7 K or -270.45 deg C.
Neptune. It is the farthest planet from the sun.
if a planet was to close to the sun it would burn up
The sun is the closest star to our planet in our Solar System (the Milky Way). It is good because without the sun our galaxy would have no heat or light and there would be no living thing on Earth.
