All fish come from eggs. Some fish lay eggs and male fertilize them some fish are like humans and animals the egg developes inside the fish and live birth happens.
Not always. Some fish lay eggs; others give birth to live young.
Well, If tanked fish reproduced and they are not livebearers they have an eggsack that is on the bottom/ the rocks and they sit there until the eggs have hatched. If they live in the ocean they still lay them in a tunnel or on the bottom to protect their babies
The eggs were attached to the rocks. At the end of the gestation period, the eggs hatched.
If there is a male & female together in a tank, the male will chase the female poking his head against her side & belly to get her to release eggs. If she does, he will then release what is called milt in an attempt to fertilize the eggs. Then the breeder will remove the eggs from the tank into a shallow container and care for the eggs until fry are born which are cared for until they are big enough for a regular tank.
the fish are hatched :D
Most fish hatch from eggs. However, there are some livebearers, such as mollies guppies, swordtails and platies. These fish retain the eggs within the body and give birth to live young.
