It depends on the rest of the clothes. Like if he looks like a manly cowboy, it would just be like "eh, ok". But if he looks goth it would be like "omg...eyecandy". If he looks gay it would be like "awh! I bet he wore them for his boyfreind! He is SO SWEET!" with all of that, it would also depend on who the woman was, like what her style was. Me, if he look like a cowboy I would be like "ew." because I tend to look like a goth or punk or an emo girl, but whatevs
