If you were my supervisor and ask me to do something that I disagreed with I would.. repeat what you said to me and ask you if that was what you said. There are many things i might not like to do but if i am told to do it by the boss and it wasn't against company policy and wasn't going to put myself or my job in jeopardy I would try to do it. I would let you know that I wasn't comfortable doing it and if it was against company policy I would go talk to someone about it.
Would you continue to work for a company if you disagreed with the firm's mission statement

Describe a time you were asked to do something you did not think was right. It is my duty to handle whatever task given by my supervisor even though the task is beyond my job scope. However, if the task conflicts with the company's interest, I would decline the request. In the case that my supervisor insist me to handle the task, I would make a report to the higher level.
You do not ask to be a supervisor. You are usually asked to be one. When people sign up and start answering questions, there are people watching to see how good people are at answering. If they see someone who answers a lot of questions very well or who seems to have a good knowledge in particular areas, they may ask the person if they would like to be a supervisor. It is not something that people look to become. It is an honour and privilege to be asked. So if you can show that you can make a positive contribution to the site, you might be lucky enough to be asked to become a supervisor. In the meantime, keep answering questions as best you can. Whether people are supervisors or not, that is what is most needed on this site.
Relevance is something that links to something else, say if you were in maths at school and you asked a question about history it would not be relevant to what you were taking about, but if you asked a question that was about maths it would be relevant.
That would be 'disagreed'
If you mean that the question needs editing, you can always edit it to make it good. If you mean you submitted a question that should not be asked, then you can trash it. If you can't, you can ask a supervisor to help. Everybody slips from time to time; I would have respect for someone who posted something they shouldn't have, and then took steps to make things right.
