Immediately take him to the Hospital Emergency, if is a broken bone DO NOT TRY TO STRAIGHTEN IT OUT. Leave the bone as it is and keep it elevated at all times. I'm not a doctor, but this is by basic understanding.

Sprained is different to breaking. To deal with a sprain you would use the RICE treatment. For a broken leg you would need to elevate it and kepp it still. Moving it will make it worse. Preferably you need to ring an ambulance and be taken to the hospital asap

ask the casualty to keep still ,put on disposable gloves if available, control any bleeding from the wound site by applying pressure to the sides of the wound- do not press on any protruding bone, cover the wound with a sterile dressing and place padding on either side of any protruding bone ,secure the dressing with a bandage, stabilise as for a closed fracture.

You should take them to the doctor! Not trying to be rude, but that is really serious and if the right procedure isn't followed then the bone could grow back wrong!
