If you bought the computer - you would know if the card you used to pay for it was stolen or not !
He stole my credit card.
whoever you left your card around. they probably took it.
I think that would be paid out of the estate and not by the child.
yes
It would depend on the age of the child.
Yes I believe you can report credit card fraud if you know someone who has someone elses credit card, if let's say one of your friends or family member got there credit card stolen and you also know the person who stole the credit card you can report a credit card fraud or you can just let your friend or family member report fraud on there credit card, I hope this helps :).
If the parents are the primary card holders and let the child use the card, yes. If the child is a minor, yes. If the parents are a co-signer for the account, yes. If the child is over 18 and the credit card is their own, no.
Since when can a child have credit? They need a steady job in order to apply for credit. And Mom would have to sign for that, if the child is under the age of majority....so in fact Mom is responsible to pay the bill if the child defaults on payments. Basically it is Mom's credit card.
Parents or guardians can help build a child's credit by adding them as an authorized user on their credit card, teaching them responsible financial habits, and encouraging them to start building credit early by opening a secured credit card or student credit card.
Probably not they I believe they would need to be jointly on the account. when they are an authorized user they only have the name not all of the child's information.
yes the parent can with their card
