Well, some things you would have to get used to in living in Russia would be the peoples culture and the weather. In Russia it is obvious that people eat different food and listen to different music, so you would have to get used to that. Also the weather in Russia is very cold, even in the summer. Apart from other small things, mainly culture and weather are the main things to get used to in Russia.

No. That would make you a migrant. The culture would be quite different and you might feel like an immigrant, but indeed Russia is a singular nation throughout. If you move from one country to another you are an immigrant to the new country and an emigrant from the old country.
It is the process of moving into a country from Another Country. So if I live in Russia and want to move to India, I would be immigrating to India. Emigration is the process of leaving a country to go to another country. In the example above, I would be emigrating from Russia and immigrating to India.
