Disadvantages - Your present employer will see it and could potentially take it that you are seeking to leave the business. This might make working relationships strained.
IN addition posts by you or "friends" could be detrimental to your present employers thoughts on you or potential employers thoughts about you. Social Media frequently sees unprofessional chit chat occurring which can give the wrong impression
