German culture, and NAZI morals and beliefs, would be spread everywhere the German empire reached, all across the populated areas of the world. Brown-skinned people would be either enslaved or given second-class citizen status, with fewer rights and fewer opportunities. White European-American of "Ayrian" (spelling?) ancestry would be favored under law and by custom, and they would be the ruling class.
