Parkour is a great sport that keeps you fit and healthy. Although you wouldn't believe this if you saw a traceur practising, but parkour is one of the safest sports WHEN DONE CORRECTLY. Although often depicted by media as 'an adreniline rush' and 'daredevil teenagers defying authority' parkour has a deep and meaningful philosophy. It is easy to learn parkour if you have courage, a good spirit, fitness and lots of support.

I would not rely on just watching parkour videos to learn parkour from. You have to be in tip-top shape to do parkour. You do not want to break anything.
