Antinous died in 130.
As leader of the suitors, Antinous led them all to their deaths by being the first to die.
Antinous was wooing Odysseus' wife Penelope, and eating Odysseus' food, wine and livestock. Odysseus had also wished that Antinous would die before his wedding day, and Odysseus proved his own words. Further, Antinous had proved to be an ungracious man, abusing Odysseus whom he thought a beggar. Antinous was thus not worthy of mercy.

Odysseus shot unsuspecting Antinous through the throat with an arrow from his mighty bow, as Antinous was eating an apple.
Antinous suggests to have the suitors killed. Since Telemachus is the only suitor that keeps Antinous from Penelope, if Antinous gets rid of Telemachus and the rest of the suitors, he will be the only one left in the house and Penelope will be forced to marry Antinous.
The symbol of antinous is the hippopotamus, as a symbol of the god of Nile.

The suitors considered Antinous ungracious for treating the beggar so poorly and warned Antinous that if the beggar were really a god, then Antinous might suffer some ill fate.

If speaking of Antinous in The Odyssey, he was shot by an arrow through the throat by Odysseus with his mighty bow, while Antinous was about to eat an apple. -In The Odyssey it clearly says Antinous dies while taking a drink of wine. "With that he pointed the bitter arrow at Antinous. Now he was about raising to his lips a fair two-eared chalice of gold, and behold, he was handling it to drink of the wine"
