North Korea: Mafia State ( One Godfather controls the whole state). North Korea isn't communist or socialist state like Russia, China, or Cuba. South Korea: Democratic or Semi-Democratic Country. Two government are selfish government. Both government look self interest first and Korean unification second or third choice. It's not so much a matter of hate but more of a situation where the North Korean Government thinks of different ways to milk the South Korean Government for things like food aid and oil etc. If it was real hate they would'nt accept such aid and assistance. The The North Korean Government is basically a selfish and corrupt government that has no interest in the welfare of it's people.
