Savage Arms didn't move to Westfield until 1961. So being that Savage owned Stevens I'm guessing it's around that time. Not sure what year the 58 was introduced and discontinued, but I'm guessing a bulk of them were made in Chicopee Falls, or Utica, NY.
Stevens Model 9478 shotguns generall sell under $100. sales@countrygunsmith.net
No. Not worthless, but not high $$$ guns either. These were utility grade shotguns, made for hunters, young shooters, etc. But nice reliable, durable guns all the same.
$20 to $150 depending on who wants it. Bolt action 20 ga shotguns are not highly prized.
The Stevens Model 125, a 22 caliber Bolt-Action, Single-Shot rifle was manufactured between the years of 1898 and 1912 in Westfield, Massachusetts by The Stevens Arms Co.If you Have a Stevens Model 125 with Savage also on the barrel than you have a gun manufactured by The Savage Arms Co. and it would have been made after 1920 when Savage Arms purchased Stevens Arms.I have a Stevens Savage 22 bolt action single shot 22 rifle model 125 and have yet to find the date of manufacture for it. wwworth

The slide action Model 820 was manufactured from 1949 to 1954. Stevens pump shotguns are worth around $100 in NRA Good condition. The Model #258A bolt action was made from 1937 to 1965. The Standard Catalog says $50 in NRA Good, but I doubt if it would sell quite that low.
There are many companies and websites that offer pump action shotguns for sale. Some of these companies that offer pump action shotguns are Scheels and Remington.
"this is a lever actun not a bolt" Incorrect. The Stevens Model 58C 410 Shotgun is a bolt action. I think that the store at the following link has magazines in stock: http://www.gunpartscorp.com/Manufacturers/SavageStevensSpringfieldFox-33479/Shotguns-40503/58Series-41363/58C-34126.htm?page=2
